Comprehensive support for individuals, teams, and organizations working within the demands of healthcare. This work addresses both personal and systemic wellbeing — supporting clarity, compassion, and presence within environments shaped by ongoing strain and complexity.
I work with physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, administrators and other healthcare professionals navigating moral distress, grief, exhaustion, and the emotional realities of caring for others within demanding systems. I also work with those seeking renewed vitality, deeper clarity, and a more sustaining relationship to the work they are already doing.
Through individual sessions, group programs, education, and consultation — offered virtually and in person — we draw from clinical experience, contemplative practice, inquiry, dialogue, and evidence-based approaches to support both individual and organizational sustainability.
This work does not ask people to do more. It creates conditions where the wholeness already present in people and teams can be recognized and lived from, even within systems that make this difficult. Communication deepens. Care becomes more sustainable. And the possibility for moments of wellbeing and human flourishing is not lost in the process.
