Welcome. Thank you for considering working with me. I am honored to accompany you.
I offer a space of presence, curiosity, mutual respect, and compassionate accompaniment as we explore what supports greater steadiness, wholeness, and wellbeing.
My work includes Spiritual Accompaniment, TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), Palliative Care Education & Consultation, and Wellbeing & Sustainability for Healthcare Professionals. I work with individuals, healthcare professionals, interdisciplinary teams, organizations, and communities.
I bring together experience as a Board-Certified Chaplain, ordained spiritual care provider, Certified TRE® Provider, palliative care educator and consultant, and Assistant Professor of Palliative Care in the Department of Medicine at UCSF.
My services are educational, supportive, spiritual, and consultative in nature. They are not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. I am not a licensed mental health professional and do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.
If, at any time, I believe your needs would be better served through additional support or another professional, I may recommend an appropriate referral.
