TRE® activates your natural reflex mechanism of therapeutic shaking to release chronic stress and tension stored in the body. This gentle tremoring discharges muscular tension, calms the nervous system, and helps you recover from difficult experiences. Offered in individual or group sessions, in-person or virtually, TRE® promotes peace, clarity, ease, and groundedness. It's designed to practice on one’s own —once learned, ideally with a certified provider, you can do it independently.
